The Program
cewas Middle East is offering a 6-months incubation support for entrepreneurs with an innovative business idea that creates environmental, economic and social impact in KRI and Iraq and the region.The programme includes advanced training modules, business and operational coaching, consulting by sector experts and access to an extensive regional and international network, access to funds, and logistics support.
Module 1: Business Model for Water and Agri Markets: In this module, participants will get to know the BMC tool and develop a draft of their own BM.
Module 2: Business Innovation Strategies: In this module, participants will understand innovation, analyse their own innovation challenges, and define their innovation objectives.
Module 3: MVP and Sales: In this module, participants will understand the lean start-up approach, develop their own MVP (minimum viable product) and test it in the field, and get to know the sales process.
Module 4: Financial Management: In this module, participants will understand the basics of finance and budgeting and how to manage the cash flow for their start-ups.
Module 5: Marketing and Communication: In this module, participants will be introduced to branding, communication tactics, and promotional materials development.
Inidvidual Coaching Sessions: In these 6 sessions, the participants will get personalized feedback on their business building activities.
We have designed a very interactive incubation program to keep you motivated and engaged. Besides interesting plenaries and crash-courses to strengthen your entrepreneurial skills, we have planned energizers, fun team building exercises and e-social activities for you to interact with other young entrepreneurs.
You will be developing your solutions individually and in teams. Expert mentors will be available, answering questions and supporting you on your way to the ingenuous solution to overcome environmental challenges.

Input Sessions
We will start these sessions with fun energizers and exercises to get us powered for new knowledge. In plenary, our trainers will offer you crash courses on “how to” develop your business. In break-out rooms, your coaches will help you to start applying the new-acquired knowledge in your business solution.
Group Work Sessions
Once all is clear, your coach will let you work in groups. You may stay in your zoom rooms and work together. If you have to break for lunch/dinner, don’t worry, we will be waiting for you. Just join the plenary zoom room and ask us to set your break-out rooms again!
Inspirational Sessions
We will all gather in a zoom room, getting inspired by interesting inputs and lectures. This is the time to mingle and get to know each other. Don’t miss it!
